After-sales terms:

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the customer does not like the product and has not used it (with pictures and videos to confirm), it can be returned for a refund, but must be notified in advance and returned using our logistics channels at the customer’s expense.

2. Within 30 days from the date of receipt, if there is a major product quality problem such as battery, motor, and controller failure (with pictures and videos to confirm), we can provide free shipping for replacement parts. Customers can repair it themselves. If customers do not accept the compensation parts solution, they can apply to return the product, and we will refund the full amount.

3. The battery, motor, charger, and controller are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of receipt.
